“I very rarely leave a less than stellar review when I am traveling but I was not impressed by this hotel or its staff. Apparently they checked me in to the wrong room. We checked in after 10pm so the moment we got in to the room we showered, brushed teeth and climbed in to bed. The front desk called up and told is we were in the wrong room and acted like it was my issue to solve. They also expected us to pack up our stuff and change rooms to the correct one. “The pool was closed and didn’t use exercise room, so idk about that. Our room was not clean, hair on floor in bathroom, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, a person was LIVING in room beside us and would throw his trash bags out on lawn and had visitors throughout the night (loud). Toilet ran throughout the night, breakfast, if you like Sunny D and frozen breakfast sandwiches. The staff was understanding and apologetic. We booked through 3rd part so they really couldn’t do anything. Place……
