“The front desk was very accommodating with our need for a room close to handicap parking. I forgot my overnight bag and he was very helpful with supplies. Breakfast was nice and pleasant. Cons: A few small roaches, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We will come again. Thank you”

“It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.”

“We wanted to take our daughter on a little getaway before school starts back, and we needed a budget friendly place to stay. We chose this particular place after reading the reviews, and we were not disappointed. Our room was located in the older section of the hotel, which had been mostly updated, but still needs a few little tweaks (replace broken ceiling tiles, iron & ironing board needed).The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a great way to end the day, but……
