"Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Night Staff was accommodating. We didn't have a remote for the t.v. and the young man working the late shift was kind enough to run around looking until he found one for us. We asked the dayshift front desk for a late checkout (specifically 30 minutes later) and she refused to accommodate us stating "too many people had already asked, so no", we could not check out 30 minutes later. We only asked for this service because it was well after midnight when we checked in and I would've liked for my family to get in as much rest as possible before hitting the road again. Despite it being clean, and having a helpful check in experience, the check out experience left a bad impression with us, therefore we will not be staying at this location again. We frequent the area on our way from south to north every year, but this hotel will not be on our future itinerary."

"The building and the room have some much character! The room was huge with intrigue architecture. We ate at the restaurant at the hotel and it was also delightful! We ate outside on the 2nd story deck. Service was wonderful as well! We loved exploring Lexington and the surrounding area. So much within walking difference of the hotel. WE WILL BE BACK!!"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. A special appreciation for Rebecca, she checked us in Friday night and was excellent. The only downside was tge alarm went off several times Friday night and Saturday night. Not sure if someone was smoking but it was annoying and interrupted our rest."
