「Overall nice home however blinds dirty and broken, cobwebs, no TV in bedrooms (TV was in closet) Could be a very nice place with some cleaning and updating」

「We had a fantastic four-night stay at this beautiful cabin. The location is perfect, just a short drive from Shepherdstown and Harper's Ferry and only a 2-minute walk to the river, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and wonderfully appointed with thoughtful touches. We especially loved the morning coffee setup, comfy bed, and clean, modern bathroom. The amenities were spot on, with a Roku TV for relaxing evenings, a fire pit (with provided wood!)...

The house itself is stunning, plenty of rooms to move around with our group of 15. We enjoyed the jacuzzi while admiring the beautiful sunset. 「The inside of the property was clean, but a little more dated than the photos reveal. The outside of the property was not particularly well maintained. All of it was perfectly serviceable, just not as high-end as the photos would lead you to believe. The neighborhood is a mix of some nice places and some really not-nice places. On the plus side, the hot tub was well-maintained and the fire pit was A-OK. The check-in process was smooth and communication was excellent. If you are looking to eat...

「was expecting views from mountie and that was not present from this property. Great decks in woods but no “mountain” views. Great beds and pillows. Very comfortable for groups of 6-8」

「It was our first time in Harpers Ferry and this place was perfect for us! We were right in the thick of everything - so close to the historical areas, trails, food/drink - but we still had all the privacy that comes from being on a smaller street. The house was exactly as described and convenient for our family, and the host was very communicative. All in all this was a wonderful experience. 」
