Stylish 1-bd/1-ba gardern apt within quaint Bluemont village, walk to wineries.
Escape to this cheerful & stylish garden-level retreat in the heart of Bluemont! Walk to Bluemont Station Winery & stroll the village. Cozy, pet-friendly space with private entry, patio, fireplace, and full bath. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a queen bed, futon, and well stocked kitchenette plus. The shared yard has a stream, mountain views, and friendly pups Cooper & Zeus. Explore nearby wineries, farms, and trails for the perfect scenic getaway.
This apartment is on the lower level of my home, with a private entrance and your own covered patio area. The shared backyard is about ¾ of an acre and features a view of my neighbor’s cows, an old barn, and a babbling stream. If you’d like to hold a small event, just let me know — we can arrange it for an additional fee.
You’ll likely meet my friendly dogs, Cooper and Zeus, playing in the yard, so guests must be comfortable with dogs.
The bedroom has a queen bed and dedicated workspace with a desk. The living room includes a sofa that converts to a full futon and a chair with a pullout single bed. The bathroom (with a bathtub) is attached to the bedroom.
The full kitchenette includes electric burners, a Ninja countertop oven/air fryer — perfect for cooking a simple meal. Just let me know if you’d like to use the BBQ on my deck.
There’s high-speed internet, a working fireplace in the living room (please let me know if you plan to use it), and central air controlled by me — I’m happy to adjust it for your comfort. Fans and space heaters are also available in the apartment.
Bluemont Station winery and brewery is just across the street. Bluemont vineyard and Dirt Farm brewery are a longer walk and a strenuous uphill incline so most will prefer the 3 minute drive. Please let me know if
plan to bring a pet. No cats. My dogs freely roam the property and love other dogs. There is ton of hiking nearby, the AT trailhead is 1 mile away, I recommend driving to trail head since access is only by rte 7. South hike is to Bear’s Den (short hike, nice overlook), if you continue south you hit the roller coaster section of the AT. Alternatively can travel north of route 7 to Raven’s Rock.
