The cottage is in a great location close to the beach and downtown, as well the cottage has everything you would need inside and outside.

The consummate visit to Bayfield
We visited Bayfield for a family wedding. In late December. John’s place had a bit of everything to make it a great visit to Bayfield. 3 comfortable Queen beds for us and our adult children. A hot tub to help unwind at night. A quiet neighbourhood that is less than a 5 minute walk to downtown stores and restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the lake at Pioneer Park. A fully equipped kitchen to make breakfast easy in the morning. It had many more amenities like washer and dryer as well. This is a perfect spot for a holiday break to explore Bayfield and Huron county. We will be back!

Bob and guests followed the cottage rules and cleaned the cottage . Welcome back anytime. Glad they enjoyed themselves at my cottage home and Bayfield .

Friendly Bayfield
We had a wonderful week at this comfortable and well-equipped cottage, in the friendly lakeside town of Bayfield. The beach, playground, and main street were all within short walking distance. You could enjoy a quiet peaceful rest on the front or back decks, and also able to easily take in the shopping, restaurants, coffee shops or go for an ice cream. John was an excellent host and our stay went smoothly. Will look forward to returning.

Bayfield Beauty
Loved our stay in this cottage. Everything was more than we expected - beautiful kitchen, outdoor dining on the back porch every night, walk to the coffee shop and the beach. Excellent experience all around.

Chillin in Bayfield
We had a great time in Bayfield. House is excellent and is close to the beach and steps from the Main Street. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets, the beach or stroll around. Can't wait to return

Perfect house!
This lovely little house is steps away from the centre of the village. It isn’t big, but has everything you need, including a gorgeous very well equipped kitchen. We spent four days over Christmas and we could imagine how nice it would be in the summer. Before it snowed, we walked down to the beach, not even 5 minutes away. John was a great host, the house was clean, and the little dogs were happy. Ann

Nice property but not clean
This property was not professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. During a pandemic, this is unacceptable.

Actually it is professionally cleaned after every stay. I also make the people staying clean it before they leave so I don't have to charge them a cleaning fee.

Bayfield cottage
Bayfield is a lovely little spot that has beautiful sun sets to view. It also offers great hiking trails, fine dining, and nice shops. We enjoyed our stay at this cottage and would go back again. We especially enjoyed winding down the night with a camp fire followed by a hot tub.
