Bluffton Hotel with Pool

"Loved this hotel. Customer service was outstanding, including the staff in the restaurant and valet. Had an amazing view of the river and the room was quiet and clean. "

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable but everything was just kinda average. Customer service was not the best, the view sucked and the valet was awful the day we checked out. Waited over an hour for my car and when I finally went down stairs to see what was going on, I saw that the valet was just lounging around watching videos on his phone. I had to tell him I requested my car."

"Fantastic beach. Plenty of space at multiple bars. Bathroom in our guest room was old and dirty. We stayed four nights, and housekeeping made up our room just once. Not a terrible place, particularly for the price, but not great either "

"We had a king suite that was next to the pool and pool equipment room. I do not recommend it as it was extremely loud. The pool equipment ran all day and night. Also the internet did not work during our stay and the staff did not seem to care."

It’s an unusual configuration as a historic building so it was an adventure finding the right door. Really such a beautiful location and I loved the uniqueness of this hotel. "Great property, nice heated pool. Was disappointing to find out the town was doing work on the beach.So it was non accessible, you could access it through a shuttle to an open beach.But did not wanna do that, miss being able just to walk out on the beach. The property is great, so when the town finishes the beach, it will be excellent!"
