Solid for what you get. $50/night is what I paid for a clean bed and very humble bathroom. Towels could have used an extra washing. Room was a bit stuffy because they had the AC turned to “winter settings” in Feb. which means there was no AC, probably 75-80 degree in the room & tough to sleep.

The motel was inaccurately rated 4 stars when I made the reservation. It should have been rated 1 or 2 stars. The attendant at the front desk warned me that the room might be a little cold because the heat wasn't working; that I should not fool with the thermostat, but was OK to turn the air on. When my wife and I entered the room, it was hot. After turning the "AC" on and letting it run for 30-45 minutes, the room remained just as hot as when we arrived. Additionally, the TV was analog only and the remote wouldn't work after only 5 minutes. I went to the front desk and informed the attendant of the situation with the heat and the TV. She was very attentive and courteous, and moved us to another room. That room was worse: the AC controls didn't even work; plus, the room stank so badly that we couldn't be in there for too long. I went back to the attendant and told her about that second room. She said that unfortunately it was either that room or the first one we had gotten. We returned to the first one. I had asked the attendant if it was all right to open up the sliding window in the room to let some fresh air in since the room was still hot. She said yes. However, the window had no screen. And since the bed is right up to the window, anyone could have reached in at night. So we closed the window before it got dark, especially since someone was smoking outside and the smoke was coming into the room. Aside from the attendant being very nice, the motel certainly wasn't.
The bed in this room only had bedsheets. No cover (i.e., bedspread).

This hotel was terrible. I notified the staff of no hot water in the shower and heater not working at all to keep the room warm. They wouldnt move me and never fixed either problem. They wouldnt move me to a different room.

They had no heat, disgusting bed sheets (had to get them replaced and the replacements were barely clean), dirty floors and dirty walls - walls were literally dripping with old stained ... who knows what. AND there was a nice bloodstain on the bathroom door molding. No joke. Probably the worst hotel/motel stay I can remember. I can't blame the staff, they seemed decent enough, but where was the owner to fix or resolve any of this?

One of the rooms I paid for was not ready until 6:30pm (checking time was 2pm), the floors were filthy (I didn't realize this until I walked to the bathroom and my feet stuck to the floor), the towels were dirty. I will never go back!!!

There was no air in the room, only heat and it could not be controlled. We had to just shut it down to have some comfort. We opened the window but no screens and flys came in. Very bad. Requested a first floor months ago. We were placed on the second floor, far from the stairwell. We are in our 70s.
