Rooms were great and location was perfect all at a good price. Mr. Strong was the man. Very welcoming and enjoyed chatting with him. He helped us arrange a bus for a good price, gave us tips for what to do at our next leg of the trip, and generally had a lovely family and home stay. Would recommend staying here to anyone

De loin ma pire expérience au Vietnam. J'avais réservé plusieurs semaines à l'avance, j'avais contacté le propriétaire via WhatsApp, email, Facebook, et avais attendu plusieurs jours pour qu'il me confirme qu'il pourra bien m'accueillir à 3h du matin à l'arrivée de mon bus de nuit. La veille de mon arrivée, je lui laisse à nouveau un message WhatsApp qu'il ne lit pas et quelques minutes avant notre arrivée, il m'écrit qu'il a oublié ma réservation et il nous attend pour nous dire qu'il n'a pas de chambre disponible pour 3 personnes alors que la réservation mentionnait bien 3 personnes. Il dit qu'il va nous transférer dans un autre hôtel, qui est situé 2 kilomètres plus loin alors que j'avais réservé un hôtel exprès proche de l'embarcadère (500m). Le propriétaire du Palm Lodge n'a pas de voiture donc il nous emmène à l'autre hôtel en moto... et il ne comprend pas qu'on ne soit pas content. De plus, il a lourdement insisté pour organiser nos excursions, affirmant être 'tour guide' (ceci dit, tout se visite assez facilement seul à l'aide des Grab). Mais au vu de sa gestion désastreuse des réservations pour son hôtel, je n'ose pas imaginer ce que ça donne. Par ailleurs, il me dit que dans le nouvel hôtel le petit déjeuner est de 7h30 à 9h30, or à 8h, j'ai dû appeler l'hôte pour la réveiller et elle est allée (pendant 15 mins) acheter de quoi préparer le petit déjeuner, ce qui nous a mis en retard pour notre visite des grottes.
