Amasing location. Well stocked kitchen, great for family holiday. Balcony was dangerous and not suitable for young children as rails are loose and there is a large gap around the edge. Overall, a beautiful property.

The location was perfect for our extended family which included 3 young children who loved the beach location notwithstanding that the water was very cold. The house was impressive with lots of space and all of the expected amenities.

We had a great few day's away here with family to celebrate my Mum's 70th birthday. The house was beautiful and we loved being able to look at the water everyday. There's plenty to do and see if you have the time. Plenty of shops close by, Salamander Bay Square is great and has everything you need. I needed help a few times and contacting someone was very easy, they were polite and able to help. We look forward to staying here again

Stunning location, fabulous accomodation that suited all age groups. Unfortunately the maintainance side let it down. Windows, and there are a lot of them, were filthy as were the fly screens. Very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful house that is right on the beach. It has everything you need for a beautiful vacation. Our only negative was that it is not really suitable for small children. The handrail to the second storey verandah is very dangerous with big gaps around the bottom and corners. Would definitely stay there again in an adult group.

SAILS IS IN AN IDEAL LOCATION OVERLOOKING A SMALL BEACH WITH WALKS EASILY ACCESSIBLE. IT IS PROBABLY NOT SUITABLE IF YOU WANT TO BE IN AMONGST THE NIGHTLIFE. SALAMANDER AND NELSON BAY ARE BOTH ABOUT 12 MIN AWAY. THIS PROPERTY IS IDEAL FOR TWO FAMILY GROUPS. WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH OUR FOUR FAMILIES.
