「It’s was a very clean hotel. I actually got what I paid for. I’m very glad that I chose this hotel for this family trip. My kids loved the pool area and the continental breakfast was to die for. I swear it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff was beyond kind. I just loved this trip experience and they made it way more beautiful for my family and I. Totally recommend 100%!!!」

「Overall, we really enjoyed our overnight stay. Hands down one of the best hotels in SPI. We've stayed in nearby hotels for almost the same price that failed in cleanliness and customer service. Although some minor issues were encountered such as limited towels and a/c difficulties in our room, customer service was quick to resolve our issues. Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was attentive to our needs, and our late checkout request was honored. We will be return soon!」

「Liked beach Ice machine always out! No drawers to unpack in! 」

「Front office staff was nice when we checked but the next day had to ask 3 times to clean our room and for clean towels. In the end, they did not clean the room and sent towels only after I complained a 4th time. 」

「The stay overall was pleasant but what's concerning is the amount of care and attention the staff puts to requests. A guest cut her foot by the pool due to broken glass from a window and the front desk lady seemed bothered that I asked her for help. When we reported the glass her response was, "uhh.. I guess wear shoes?" And left after taking some pictures of the scattered glass. Also, if you don't take your used wet towels from your room to the front desk you won't get any replacements. 」

「前台服务态度很好办理手续很快，房间很宽敞很大，干净整洁，房间很安静，靠近海边，只是设施太老旧了需要改善」

「这家酒店距离海滩很近，餐厅的味道和服务都不错。过马路就是海龟馆和鸟类自然中心，非常方便。只是不在Uber的服务范围内，要让前台叫出租车，出租车去机场要80美金，还是挺贵的」

「The hotel was very nice. Bed was comfortable and even with people being loud in the houses across feom us, we never heard them in the room. All the hotel staff that we talked to during the stay were very friendly. The only bad thing was the parking. There's not a lot of parking akd it's a small area, but that doesn't affect our opinion. We will definitely stay here again.」

「The rooms are quite spacious, bed area separate from kitchenette/living. The cafe was a plus, we decided to have our meals there. Very close to the sea. 」
