「The room was clean and comfortable kitchen was fully equipped but the outside patio was not looked after.」

「Our room was spacious, our host was helpful, and breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The town is nestled within wineries and surrounded by mountains for hiking. It was a bit warm with no air conditioning on the top floor but the fan and windows helped.」

「Very nice hotel in a very convenient location to restaurants and main attractions. Very helpful and cordial staff. Close to two places that offered breakfast options and more for coffee. Parking was great, just not close (200 m) but close enough for us. Also very quiet considering the location. There was a very loud musician in the square and we couldn’t hear him from inside the room. Small refrigerator came in handy for snacks. Great stay! I would avoid holiday weekends, not because of the...

「Beautiful hotel with a 3 min walk to downtown Haro. Staff were so lovely and helpful.」

「Lovely hotel - but to far walking from the city in 33 degree. We had the nicest wine taste at the bar with one of the staff, thank so much for that!! A nice tour in the winery the next morning as well!! It was not nice that the spotlights was shining directly into the room, and sadly a cold shower in the morning. Hope you will get that fixed. And sad that you have to pay extra for eggs in the morning, and that you wouldn’t use the coffee machine for our coffee. The offered coffee was of no...

「This was a gem of a hotel located right in the old town. Check in was quick and easy and we were immediately told where to park. The hotel has character! The wine cellar was great and the woman who was there was soooo nice and incredibly helpful in making sure we had the best experience while we were enjoying our wine! Breakfast was also great. Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed.」

「己兩年入住，每次都為密碼煩惱！今次由於到達Haro還未收到密碼至電對方竟說找不到我的訂單和姓名和電郵，困擾很久，最後至電Hotel.com追蹤才覆我電郵和付上密碼！」

「A lovely hotel - rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and the restaurant serves a very nice dinner menu.」

「very helpful staffs. and excellent location to all winery」

「The room was cute, low ceilings, comfortable but quite warm. The carpet was a little stained and could use a good steam clean but everything else was clean」

「Great location, no elevator and lots of stairs」

「Tranquil setting on the river」

「Beautiful location and room, very personal service」

「La habitación fue amplia, el baño cómodo y el personal muy atento.」

「Very」

「Great property with fabulous, well kept rooms and lovely staff. A great pool area and lots of activities for families as well as a nice play area. Breakfast not so great sadly, eggs were green, bread and pastries were stale and hard, even juice was bitter and acidic. Sadly no vegetarian food at the restaurant last night either so, have left hungry… but it was a really nice hotel. If you’re not bothered about food, it’s definitely worth the stay!」
