"Nicly situated hotel with beautiful view over Bodenmais. Pool, sauna, garden, restaurant and bar at the hotel. New proprietors (June 2025) which did everything to make us feel welcome and at home.
A lot of out door activities avaliable in vicinity. Summer rodel was on our 12-year top list.
Staying at Luca in Bodenmais gave access to a local activity card which gave really good discounts on a lot of activities - for instance was two tours with summer rodel at Silberberg, ski lift and tour in...

"A very large and spacious room with two separate areas, a good wellness zone with a wide selection of different saunas and a small pool, and a nice restaurant.
Some drawbacks: the bathroom and toilet doors had no locks, and there was no closing door between the two room areas. There were also no croissants at breakfast. The price felt a bit too high for what was offered."

"Wunderschönes uriges Hotel im typischen bayrischen Stil gehalten . Pool war angenehm und bei einer unglaublichen Aussicht konnte man die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Frühstück war essenziell gehalten , aber mit lokalen und hochwertigen Zutaten. Der Service war toll und wir haben uns erholen können . Klare Buchungsempfehlung."

"Rezeption nach 17 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Die Zimmerkarte erhält man nach Umherirren im Hotel durch eine Servicekraft. Hier wäre eine Info dazu am Empfang wünschenswert gewesen. Der Wellnessbereich ist soweit i.O.
Rotlichtkabinen jedoch weiterhin außer Betrieb.
Im Ruhebereich Deckenabdeckung aus Stoff durch Wasserschaden beschädigt.
Sitzpolster verschmutzt.
Den muffigen schlechten Geruch kann ich nur bestätigen. Die Auslegeware auf dem Gang scheint sehr in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Im Zimmer...
