Apartment 'Ferienwohnung Baltic Sea' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The three-room vacation apartment Baltic Sea is located in the former fishing village of Börgerende. In 2023, the municipality of Börgerende-Rethwisch was named a state-recognized seaside resort.

Börgerende is centrally located between the large seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde, about 2 km from the seaside resort of Heiligendamm, but away from mass tourism.



The house with the vacation apartment on the first floor is located at the end of a residential street in a traffic-calmed area, only about 150 m from the main beach.

It has a size of approx. 65 square meters, is equipped with underfloor heating and offers space for a maximum of 5 people. In the living-dining room with wood-burning stove, sofa bed, wing chair, coffee table, sideboard, dining table with chairs and bench, LED TV, Blu-ray player and radio/CD you will find an ambience for rest and relaxation.



The fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine and capsule machine, Tassimo, toaster allows you to cook just like at home. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed, closet, chest of drawers, bench, LED TV and clock radio. The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed with an additional pull-out trundle bed (sleeps three), wardrobe and LED TV. The shower room is equipped with a floor-level real glass shower, towel warmer and hairdryer.



A coin-operated washing machine, clothes horse and iron are available. A high chair, baby travel cot, children's slide, handcart and various sand toys are available for younger guests. There is garden furniture and a beach chair for relaxing on the partly covered terrace. A charcoal barbecue is also available. The terrace and the green area behind it are enclosed by a picket fence. WLAN access is free of charge. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed on request.
