「When we booked our trip, we called the resort to make an appointment for the spa and we were told to wait until closer to our stay. When we checked in and asked about making a spa appointment, we were told the spa burned down. There was no sign of the spa building that had been at the resort 4 years prior when we stayed there at that time so it obviously burned a long time ago and we should have been told that when we booked the stay. There was an adults only pool which was directly connected...

「Rustic, yet very comfortable. The property is a hunting lodge, with hosted hunts.
Pool and hot tub was very nice and the Cantina had very good food and drink variety. Staff was attentive but not intrusive.
We will be staying there again.」

「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」
