  • Our 69 m² apartment in Bötzingen, at the foot of the Kaiserstuhl, accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms (each with 2 beds) and a sofa (1.78 m x 0.7 m). The bathroom features a shower and washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen connects to the dining area and living room. You have Wi-Fi, TV, heating in all rooms, and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee beans. Self check-in, free detergent, toilet paper, and towels are included. A baby cot can be provided on request.



    Enjoy views of the Black Forest panorama on one side and direct views of the Kaiserstuhl vineyards on the other. The apartment is quietly situated as the last house at the foot of the Kaiserstuhl.



    A carport on the property and a shared bike storage room with power for e-bikes are available. Public transport is nearby.



    The apartment is newly renovated and fully modern, blending contemporary style with historic charm. Various brochures on local sights and activities are provided. Please treat the furnishings with care during your stay.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage

Pros: Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sehr herzlich. Durch die zentrale Lage gibt es viele Möglichkeiten für Radtouren und Wanderungen in den Kaiserstuhl . Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Bötzingen.Nicht zuletzt die überaus sympathische Gastgeberfamilie hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen können.

Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung

Pros: Sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung. Gehobenes Niveau. In der Wohnung ist alles neu und hochwertig. Dazu noch eine tolle Aussicht. Absolut zum wohlfühlen!! Cons: Die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig.....aber machbar......

Schöne Lage an den Weinbergen, saubere, renovierte Ferienwohnung

Pros: Der Kontakt vor und während des Aufenthalts mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist neu und besitzt eine Waschmaschine. Der Balkon und Außenbereich befindet sich in der Renovierung. Beides ist aber uneingeschränkt nutzbar. Cons: Es sollte zeitnah im Außenbereich an der Treppe eine Außenbeleuchtung mit Sensor angebracht werden 😉
