The staff is very helpful. Location is very good, everything in walkable distance. Wifi is very good. We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open ...

Far from Erciyes, we came for skiing, the apartments are new and very comfortable. Area is just apartment buildings , most of them empty stil. Mostly new buildings. Ok for a week and for ski holiday.
