“Very clean, well decorated, great access. Really enjoyed our stay.”

“The AC was poor, in all fairness, we did not notify the host about it, but it was warm enough to sleep on top of the bedding, what bedding there was, just a fitted sheet and a comforter. We did however locate the flat sheet on check out day, on a shelf instead of the bed. The exterior trash can was full, leaving us to wonder where we would put our trash. a minor annoyance, it did get emptied on our last full day there. Some of the electronic games did not work. “We had an excellent stay! The game room was a hit with our kids, and the bunk room had a variety of toys that the kids enjoyed playing with the whole week. The hot tub was also nice. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was decorated nicely without being too much. We would definitely visit here again!”

“This home was perfect for our family get together. We had 4 generations (9 people) stay at this home and it was perfect for all. The first floor is very accessible with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 beautiful, clean bathrooms and the kitchen, dining room, living room and access to the deck overlooking a beautiful yard and the lower floor had 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and another more open area (entertainment area) with room to sleep more and access to the lower deck with the hot tub and the yard.……

“Very nice location. Beautiful home not too far from any essentials you may need. Good communication with host. Would definitely stay there again.”

“This is an awesome loft apartment in downtown Springfield. It is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The brick walls and high ceilings are very cool making for nice ambiance. It was amazingly quiet! We have stayed at other downtown VRBO's that were noisy as hell, but this was on a quieter street. It was within easy walking distance of numerous eating and drinking establishments. Our host was very responsive to a couple of very minor issues. We would definitely stay here again!”

“It’s a beautiful and super clean place. The owners are easy to talk to and work with. The check-in process is straightforward, and once your in, you’ll be amazed by the piece of property. The outside lights around the fire pit are particularly impressive.”
