「Location was near the major roadways meaning you could be in Meridian or downtown Boise very rapidly. Nice place and neighborhood, quiet aside from a neighbor who maybe had a party or band practice. Only real complaint was there was a lot of dust under furniture in the rooms and hair in the bedding. There is a washer/dryer available so it's a non-issue really, unless maybe you're sensitive.
