Very disappointed. The hotel's hardware seems really nice, but it is severely understaffed. I called the front desk, but no one picked up for >10 minutes, so I had to go downstairs and talk to them in person. No tea is provided inside the room. The restaurant was a joke- insanely overpriced and the food tasted mediocre at best. Will never stay there again.

Staff was great, room was clean and very comfortable. I was upgraded to a room with a fireplace in front of the bed, which was very nice. Bed, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable, which is the most important thing in my opinion. This is my second time staying at this property and I will be back for sure. When I come up to visit my two kids at BSU, no need for me to look anywhere else. Location, price, and value is spot on for my needs! Excellent burger down in the steakhouse too!

Beautiful property and nice big room. Nice staff. Enjoyed fireplace. Liked complimentary bottled water. Disappointed that no shuttle service was available. We used Ubers and it was fine, but hard to believe that they could not squeeze in a .8 mile ride with full 1.5 hours of flex in schedule.

In the morning starting around 6:45am on a Saturday the staff were banging doors for food deliveries and the cleaning staff were extremely loud. It woke us up when we were planning to sleep in for our anniversary and the reason we booked the stay. Having a bunch of little kids sleeping in is never an option so to have it taken away on our one year night out, was very disappointing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The available water, soda, and snacks were a great bonus. My only complaint is the shuttle service, or lack of. I arranged a few days ahead to have the shuttle pick us up from the airport when we arrived. When our flight was delayed, I called them to update and they let me know that they had it covered. When we arrived in Boise, there was no shuttle waiting and we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. We waited almost 30 minutes until we finally just ordered a Lyft. When we checked in and mentioned that the shuttle never picked us up, they had no idea what happened. The rest of our stay we tried to get the shuttle to take us places and they either didn't have anyone or they didn't operate during certain hours. We specifically chose this hotel for the convenience of the location and shuttle service. We ended up just ordering a Lyft every time. Inconvenient and disappointing.
