Reftigerator was clicking loudly the whole time. Sink dripped and the shower tub was plugged and didnt drain when showering. Guest running around until midnight and when doors shut they bang really loud. Internet had delay on the television.

I guess you get what you pay for. Won’t happen again at this place. Beds were filthy. Cigarette burns in bed covers. What looked like semen on one blanket. No ac or heat in room— didn’t even have an outlet to plug the unit in to. They gave us 2 extra blankets for my 73 year old wife who has circulation problems because room had no heat. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. Had to have room door keys reprogrammed 3 times in 2 days. Got locked out of room due to room cards not working. Refer was missing one leg and wobbled when opened.and made a horrendous noise every time it cycled on/off Microwave was missing part of it. Main standup room lite didn’t work because switch was broken off. But the desk person was great at apologizing for everything.

Affordable. Great staff. The desk manager was very helpful. My TV wasn't working. I called him and he came up to try to fix it. When he wasn't able to, he called the maintenance guy who had already gone home. He came back and fixed it for me! They both definitely went above and beyond to solve the problem. I really appreciated it!

This hotel is pretty bad. Very old, very dirty, smells funny, and the staff is very unprofessional. There was an issue with parking, when I spoke to the manager she was extremely rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't even let me finish talking before she started chastising me. There are several other hotels very close to here. I would certainly look at staying somewhere else if I had to do it again.

Close to the airport. We were able to check in early which was nice. The Room was basic and somewhat worn but bed was comfortable enough. The shower didn’t drain well so you were standing in ankle deep water by the end of the shower. We reported it to the front desk, so hopefully it gets fixed. The free breakfast had limited options.

Old, out of date. Old carpet thru out hallways. 1st floor room is partial below grade. Window opens and there is a car or truck exhaust filling your room with Co2 Beds on rollers so move when you sit on it. Bathroom, no grab bars for toilet or shower. Furniture shows plenty of wear. Chair finish is peeling. Noisy at back due to turnpike. Needs complete remodeling. Clean yes but not my first choice. Would have left but no refund. Not for seniors. Did accept my pet.

Asked for a 2 bed room to accommodate my 15 year old granddaughter & myself. Instead i was given a 1 king bed with a non working TV. I was told to call Expedia to have them call to change room, Expedia called hotel to explain the problem & ask to change our room desk person refused. I left with my granddaughter losing money on a room I did not stay in and went to the Rodeway Inn who was very accomadating with their customer service & price. 1st time in Boise last time at this Super 8.

BE WARNED HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Where should I start! the Manager is the rudest most bitter person I have ever dealt with in a hotel stay in my life. WOW! We paid for a week stay. Right off the bat the springs in the bed where sticking up so you could feel them when you lay down. TV didnt work. Called did nothing about it. At the end the manager tried to blame us. Really! We paid for a week in advance and my daughter got locked out one night and they would not allow her to come back in till the next day when the manager was their. No explanation left!!!!!! I called but to no avail! Next morning they called me and as usual the manager started screaming! Unreal! This is the lowest of the lowest customer service I have ever experienced. My daughter stayed 3 days and we paid for a week. She proceeded to scream we are not getting a refund and she kept my daughter deposit. This women does not deserve to be the manager. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE HORRIBLE

My reservation got canceled somehow and could not be straightened out. While trying to get it fixed through Expedia, I was kicked off the property. No place to sleep on a rainy night. Walked to Ramada and got a room there. I canceled my reservation for the 19th but they still charged me so now going to have to fight to get that money refunded as well. Will Never book with Super 8 again. Ramada room was NOT clean, and phone in the room didn't work, so on my return trip, I booked with La Quinta. Clean and comfortable.

The fridge sounded like an angry demon growling all night long. After trying to figure out the TV for awhile, we discovered the digital adapter box was laying on the floor, but once we unplugged it and plugged it back in, it rebooted and eventually came on and worked. The seat on the toilet was flimsy and off-center and nearly dumped my father on the floor when he sat on it. On the plus side, the place is right off the highway, and I was moved to a first floor room after I asked about an elevator and was told it was out of order (I am disabled and can't use the stairs). The biggest downer was the room itself was noisy, but it was a place to sleep and served its purpose.

Well people... you get what you pay for. Don't expect anything fancy. Overall the place isn't too bad. The bed cover is definitely questionable cleanliness. Sheets are clean tho. Sink was clogged and the carpet hasn't been changed in years. The staff are friendly. I'd stay here again for the price!

Refund policy is garbage never stayed due to getting COVID and being unable to travel they just kept all my money and refused any sort of refund!!!!
