Located just 1/2 mile southwest of BSU and the Morrison Center, Boise's Gem is perfectly situated for exploring Boise. Enjoy a short walk to several restaurants and a quick bike ride to the center of Boise's 25 mile long greenbelt. The home is close to the Historic Train Depot and downtown, offering convenience and charm.

Inside, you’ll find a super clean space with a thoughtfully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Relax in style with the brand new 50" QLED Smart TV with complimentary Directv satellite cable with local channels, Netflix, Paramount+, and Prime video (tv wires are now hidden in the wall).

The quiet neighborhood ensures a peaceful stay, while central air conditioning keeps you comfortable during Boise’s hot summers.

With a private driveway and an electronic smart lock, you’ll have easy, secure access with each guest receiving your own code.

A favorite!

I stayed at this property 4 years ago and chose to return. The most well-stocked short term rental I've stayed in. Bobby is great at communication, the location is super convenient to Boise State and downtown, the property is comfortable. We had a power outage one night and Bobby was responsive, able to tell us exactly where to find a flashlight, and reported the outage to Idaho power and kept us informed.

We had a wonderful three night stay. Everything was as stated in the listing and beyond. The host, Bobby, seems to have thought of just about everything that will make the experience as easy and enjoyable for the traveler as possible. The check in and checkout process was very easy and seamless. Very convenient to downtown, and walkable to nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

We were just looking for a place to stay for a weekend of celebrating a family member. We were pleasantly surprised at the forethought the owner has placed into stocking so many items out of convenience for people who stay, along side stocking items that were just a wonderful blessing. This house is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to stay without a large group and want to avoid the hotel noise.

A Perfect, Cozy Getaway! We had a wonderful stay at this charming house! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority. The decor is warm and stylish, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living space had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved the little touches that made it extra special, like the well-stocked kitchen. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay, this is it! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The way Bobby cares for the house should be the standard for all VRBO's. One of the Best Ever

This little gem of a house was quite possibly the cleanest, most well-stocked house we've ever stayed in. The hosts must enjoy anticipating every need a guest could have. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The house is located close to most of Boise's best attractions. And though it's off a busy street, it was quite quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Place!

A friend of ours stayed for 7 days, and then extended for another 3. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. The home was lovely, with a lot of small extras ie fresh flowers, drinks, etc. The location is close to all things Boise. I would highly recommend!
