The most amazing thing about this apartment is its location, up high and yet right in the action on Via Rizzoli. Weekends are 100% pedestrian, and it's quite a scene. The nights can get a bit noisy, at least during college graduation ceremonies which seemed to go on for much of the night. The apartment itself if bright and sunny, with double windows (operable), a good bathroom and kitchen, and comfortable beds. And the staff was responsive to our communications, during business hours. Our only hesitation was with the sometimes erratic fit-out of the apartment -- while there were lots of bath towels, there was nary a napkin or paper towel to be found, and only a single dishtowel and only a single sad little sponge for washing dishes. There was a nice coffeemaker, but no coffee supplied. And a nice washer and dryer down the elevator, but no drying rack in the apartment itself. And so on. With some little touches, this apartment would be quite wonderful.
