We stayed 4 nights and stayed in a deluxe room. The B&B was very well placed in the centre of Bologna, quiet with great views. There is a key system to get in and out of the building and this was no problem - we enjoyed the privacy offered by a self contained room. Plus we could easily walk around Bologna from here. The room was spotlessly cleaned each day and we chose breakfast which was provided by a restaurant a few minutes away - this was lovely. We'd definitely return to the B&B on any future visits.

It’s an extremely well maintained room although it‘s housed in an old building right at the center of everything. Amenities were just right even with posh slippers, coming from managers who also runs a spa downstairs. The open elevator and wooden front door gives the old Bologna vibe while not sacrificing conveniences. (There are a few steps up from elevator landing that they notify you) All communication was done through whatsapp and Massimo was very prompt with helpful responses. Also check out the nice restaurant just out the door. I think it’s better than the instagram-hyped one around the corner.

Oasis in the centre of Bologna

Wonderful stay. Very quiet, even though it is in the middle of the city. Very convenient for restaurants, museums and shops. Filippo is extremely kind and helpful.

I have never stayed in a room so clean and organized. From the front of the building to the balcony everything was beautiful. We felt safe and welcomed even without a person physically on the property. Massimo was easy to work with. The Biscoff biscuits were a delightful treat. I enjoyed have coffee before heading out for more coffee. Massimo was able to get us in early to secure our luggage while we wandered around Bologna prior to check in. I’m so very happy I found this room. Didn’t take advantage of the wellness spa but this gives me a reason to return to Bologna and Casa Faccioli. Thank Massimo for your excellent attention to detail.

I really enjoyed staying at Casa Faccioli! I love being in the heart of the historic center and staying in a building that feels more like typical apartment living rather than a big hotel. The unit was beautifully appointed. Communication with Massimo was easy and he always responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Central to everything!

We stayed 3 nights and although we never met our hosts, Massimo and Filippo had been very helpful about checking in. We had a 4th floor room with a rooftop view. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom huge! Just in the same street were sone restaurants, bars, and we were close to walk to everything. Best location.
