“The room itself was fine…. There were essentially two issues with the property: the first is that the whole building was under reconstruction…. There was construction debris all over our balcony, and we looked out to a construction site with workers laboring all day. Secondly, there was no elevator, so if you do have luggage, be prepared to lug it up three flights of stairs…. Finally the lock system was a bit funky, and you need to be sure you have an active and charged cell phone to enter……

“しいて言えばもう少し中心地に近い方が便利かも”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“good location to Bologna area, just walk 10mins. Breakfast is ok. We went to Bologna Fiere by bus 28.”

“Nous avons adoré séjourner à Casa Miramonte. Emplacement parfait, proche du centre et dans une rue calme. Chambre propre et charmante-la petite terrasse est très agréable. Les attentions réservées aux clients ont été appréciées. Nous recommandons !”

“Already 3/4 times there. Definitely my favorite hotel in Bologna. Love the location, the relaxing size, the professional yet friendly staff, the bed, the air conditioning.”

“9/10. Excellent location, clean room. Walking distance (15-20 minutes) from Bologna Centrale station. Confort of the bed was ok, A/C was excellent. There is not always staff present so check-in can be difficult is you arrive early / late. For the price I would recommend staying here.”

“The main problem was the room’s temperature. We chose this place because it listed air conditioning, which was important given daily highs in the 30s. When we checked in we were told leave the air condition ing at 26. That would have been fine if the AC worked. It did not. Calls and messages to the property went unanswered. I would not go back”

“The studio surpassed expectations”

“A charming, authentic Bologna stay, We stayed for 3 nights at the end of September, and despite this being the first of four accommodations we ended up staying in due to cancelled flights, it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The building is full of character, with beautiful traditional doors opening into a large hall. Our 2nd-floor apartment was accessible by secure stairs or lift, both requiring a key. We were given five keys for the apartment, which seemed excessive at first……

“apparemment propre, bien situé et surtout frais pendant les fortes chaleurs. Bonne communication et check-in facile.”
