Pretty three-level apartment with private entrance on the ground level, completely renovated in March 2015. In the Sant\'Orsola Hospital neighbourhood and well connected via public transportation with the historic centre.



Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.



It opens on the living room with kitchen and sofa bed, from here you can access the bathroom and the staircase that leads to the bedroom. From that level another staircase leads to the wardrobe level.



The entrance opens onto a living room with a kitchenette. The décor uses white generously, as in the cover on the sofa that converts to a double bed, in the flat-screen TV stand and the kitchen cupboards. A nice wooden dining table for 4 people and a walnut bookshelf contrast nicely with their warm, intense color. The American-style kitchen, perfectly fitting the space and offering a microwave and a stovetop, completes the living area.



A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the bedroom on the upper floor, an intimate and welcoming space. There is a comfortable double bed and a large chest of drawers, and another staircase leads to a finished loft equipped with a clothes-stand. The bath is on the ground floor, spacious and equipped with a comfortable shower stall in crystal. The washing machine is right in the kitchen.



The floor is tiled and the apartment has a split for air conditioning in the living room.



Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax not included in the price (€ 4,60 per adult, per night. It is applied only on the first 5 nights).



Area:

Located in Via Massarenti, about 1.5 km far from the wall of the historic centre of Bologna and the Sant\'Orsola Hospital. The apartment is easy to reach by car and provides quick access to the entrance for the bypass road to the Exhibition Centre. In Via Massarenti you will find many restaurants, pharmacies, bars, banks and supermarkets.

The apartment’s surroundings are pleasantly lively: pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies are all nearby.



Public transportation:

The apartment is well served by public transports. Right in front of the building you can take bus lines 89 and 14 to the city centre. Bus line 60 to Bologna Fair and line 37 to the railway station also stop in the vicinity.



Parking:

The apartment is outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL). It is possible to park for free in the street in front of the apartment where a parking space is available for the tenants of the residential complex.

Pets are allowed (€ 20+VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights).

Terribly disorganized and dirty

I had a terrible experience at this place. The room was left quite dirty, including multiple items from previous tenenat, including their contract with personal information on it!!! The check in was 20 mins late forcing us to stand on the street. Then sheets were not provided for the sofa bed, after a circus of messaging 4 or 5 different what's app numbers we got through to someone who told us sheets would be brought, only to then be texted at 8:30 PM that they couldn't bring sheets tonight and to please have a nice evening. Terrible
