「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Probably the dirtiest, most run-down property I've ever stayed at. The furniture might've been trash-picked off the curb, the beds looked slept-in, with cigarette burns in the bedding (in a non-smoking room), the power sockets were caving into the wall, and the sink was blocked with vape components and... fungus? I'd sleep in my car before staying here again. I recommend bulldozing the place and starting again. The receptionist was pleasant, helpful and oblivious to the quality of the rooms.」

「The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.」

「We had a great time here, Stephanie and Dave made us feel at home, from welcoming us in, taking pictures of us without us having to ask them, a celiac friendly breakfast, water sports and friendly fellow visitors! It was a last minute getaway for us and it did not feel like we needed anything as they have thought of everything we would possibly need. Thank you guys, we will be back ❤️」
