A separate bedroom and a modern shower room are available. Includes beds made for 2 people. Car lift underground parking space for a fee.  Smoking and pets are not allowed. You spend your stay in a direct location to the beach promenade and in walking distance to the spa gardens. Concert stage, pier and numerous restaurants and cafes. In the Baltic Sea resort, the bathing line -Carolinchen- runs between the cliffs and Marina Yachtwelt Weisse Wiek.

With a living space of 49sqm you can spend a luxurious stay here. The apartment is on the upper floor and offers you two large roof terraces, one facing north and another facing south. In the bright and stylish living / dining area with roof terrace access, you will be greeted by a comfort sofa that can be pulled out and used as a third bed, a dining table, TV-DVD, Blu-Ray player, music system and of course free WiFi . The integrated kitchenette is also well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and more. v.m. You can also reach one of the roof terraces from the separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV. You start your vacation day in the very modern and spacious shower room with walk-in shower and daylight. There is a parking space for your car in the underground garage, which you can reach by car lift 1.95 m H x 5.30 m L.  Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. On request, a delivery service will deliver fresh bread rolls to the front door every day. On arrival, beds made for 2 people are included. A cot is available. Villa Florida is particularly close to the sea. At the same time, you can reach the center of Boltenhagen in just a few minutes on foot.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
