Our house is located in the historic center, in the heart of Bolzano. A few meters from the famous Walther Square of Bolzano, where in the Christmas period you are 5 minutes from the Christmas Market, very close to the Via dei Portici and Via Museo (where is the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol with the famous Ötzi) is ideal for those who want to discover the historic center on foot and visit the beautiful museums of our city!

The apartment is located just 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus station. In the area you will find many restaurants, bars, stores and typical local !

Each apartment is perfect for 2-3 persons, 45 sqm, and are located on the second floor (with small elevator). The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed (for 1 person) plus a double room with double bed (for 2 persons). The kitchen is fully furnished, table and chairs, LCD TV with satellite, WIFI, a bathroom with shower cabin, bidet and toilet . Towels (2 pieces per person/face and shower) and sheets are included. On request for only 8 euros / person you can request a change of towels during your stay! Also on request we provide a cot/crib at no extra charge. Final cleaning not included!
