The master bedroom on the ground floor offers a beautiful bath and a large dressing room.

Upstairs, the LOFT offers two beautiful bedrooms with double beds that both have access to a large terrace for beautiful romantic evenings.

A small room with mattress, perhaps used as a hut for your little ones, but can also accommodate them to sleep if you need extra sleeping.
The house can be divided into two living areas. Indeed, two bedrooms (included in the total of 6) at the back of the house can be used independently of the rest of the house as they have access to a bathroom and a small kitchen . This space can be used as a small independent apartment.
This house corresponds to a request of holidays to several families while maintaining its privacy, or a vacation of several generations! It has been designed in such a way that even many, each find its privacy! The whole house is air conditioned and each room can adjust the desired temperature.
The exterior of the house as well as the interior offers several space to live with different atmospheres! Once you arrive at the house, it will be difficult for you to leave, as the tranquility of the places and the spaces offered will fill small and big!
The house has a beautiful swimming pool and its protective cover (possibility of heating it between-season for a supplement of EUR 200 / week) surrounded by a large teak terrace with beds and mattresses protected from the sun for your long naps.
Many deckchairs will allow you to share beautiful moments around the pool and invite you to relax. Several hammocks attached to magnificent palm trees will also offer you a space of relaxation. A sauna is also available out of high season at a rate of EUR 30 / 30min, EUR 22 / 15min. Children are strictly forbidden to sauna, we decline any responsibility in case of health problem. The pool table on bail of 100 EUR, for a fee of EUR 20 / week.
For the convivial moments you can enjoy the summer kitchen with barbecue and on the other side of the pool you will find another space with pizza oven. Lounge area for aperitifs.
All bed linen + towels are provided with the house. Real dream holidays await you in this house!
Quiet and residential area. At about ten minutes from the beaches of Canet-en-Roussillon - Torreilles - Sainte Marie. 30 minutes from the Spanish border. Figueres at 40 min with the Dali museum and Barcelona at 1h30 for shopping and outings! A TGV train leaves from Perpignan (5 min from Bompas) and takes you to the center of Barcelona in 40 min. For your outings shopping or discovering the city!
The area is magnificent and will allow you to spend wonderful seaside holidays in a region full of cultural riches not to speak of its good manners, Catalan culinary specialties and its delicious wines! A real treat !

- Check out by 10:00
- Only people who have been mentioned in the reservation have access to the house. No other extra guests can stay there without notifying the owners in advance.
- If the number of people announced during the reservation, is not respected and that the owners were not warned, they have the right to cancel the stay or to request a fixed price to the person who has not not announced from EUR 150 a week. This sum will have to be given cash to the owners.
- The same day visits must be announced and accepted by the owners when booking the accommodation.
- Access to the technician without warning between 9:00 and 21:00 every day for the maintenance of the garden and the pool to ensure the quality of the service
- At the exit of the house, bed sheets must be removed and towels and deposited in the laundry bins
- The barbecue and the oven are made clean
- The pool is clean as on your arrival
- Garbage cans must be in garbage bags and placed in containers outside the house.
