En general la casa es como se anuncia . Solo que el sábado por la tarde se rompió la caldera y nos quedamos sin agua caliente . Nos ofrecieron ducharnos en al casa de la propietario pero esa no es la solución, estuvimos tres días sin agua caliente con dos bebés . Digimos que se nos compensará haciendo una devolución de dinero proporcional a no tener agua . Se nos denegó la propuesta. Por lo otro todo es como lo anuncia todo correcto

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, au calme, et avons pleinement profité de l'espace piscine. La location correspond assez fidèlement à la description de l'annonce même si les photos "datent" un peu. Pour que tout soit parfait, il conviendrait de moderniser le mobilier de jardin (remplacer au moins une des tables et bancs qui sont en bois par un salon de jardin offrant de véritables assises confortables avec dossiers, remplacer les transats en plastique par des transats plus design et plus confortables, équiper le logement d'un barbecue à gaz qui sera plus facile d'entretien que l'actuel barbecue ou, à défaut, procéder à un véritable nettoyage préalablement à chaque location, notamment de la grille). Ces quelques suggestions ne remettent absolument pas en cause la qualité de la location. Elles visent seulement à atteindre la perfection...

Superhuis met een top eigenaar die in oplossingen denkt!!

Samen met mijn gezin heb ik een super vakantie gehad in dit huis. Het is dicht bij het strand, Perpignan, supermarkten, bakkers en restaurants. Het huis is erg ruim en zeer intelligent ingedeeld. Ze hebben het zo gemaakt dat er in het huis zelf 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers zijn. In de tuin is nog een buitenhuis gemaakt met een 2 persoonsbed en zolder waar nog iemand kan slapen. Er is genoeg ruimte om te chillen en ook een zandbak voor de kleine kinderen. De keuken is ruim en is voorzien van alle nodige apparatuur. Verder zijn er 2 ruime zwembaden waarvan er 1 verwarmd kan worden. Tijdens ons verblijf was het weer vrij fris. De motor om het zwembad te verwarmen kreeg het niet warm genoeg. de eigenaar die zeer vriendelijk dacht direct in oplossingen. - Hij schafte gelijk een sterkere motor aan zodat het water in het zwembad 2 graden omhoog ging - Hij gaf ons de tip om wetsuits voor de kinderen te kopen bij Decathlon - Hij gaf ons ook de optie om in zijn eigen privehuis in de buurt te komen zwemmen met zijn eigen kinderen. - Hij gaf ons ook de mooie en minder mooie plekken door in de buurt waar we konden gaan wandelen, karten, eten etc. Super meegedacht Abou Bakr Mochten we nog een keer richting Perpignan gaan dan weet ik naar welk huis ik ga Avec ma famille, j'ai passé de bonnes vacances dans cette maison. La maison est proche de la plage et de la ville de Perpignan, Les supermarchés, les boulangeries et les restaurants. La maison est très spacieuse et très intelligemment aménagée. Ils ont fait en sorte qu'il y ait 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans la maison elle-même. Dans le jardin, une autre maison de campagne a été aménagée avec un lit double et un grenier où quelqu'un peut dormir. Il y a aussi beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et il y a aussi un bac à sable pour les petits enfants. La cuisine est spacieuse et est équipée de tout le matériel nécessaire. Il y a également 2 grandes piscines, dont l'une peut être chauffée.Pendant notre séjour, le temps était assez frais. Le moteur pour chauffer la piscine n'a pas chauffé suffisamment. le propriétaire qui pensait très sympathique directement dans les solutions. - Il a immédiatement acheté un moteur plus puissant pour que l'eau de la piscine monte de 2 degrés - Il nous a donné le conseil d'acheter des combinaisons pour les enfants. - Il nous a également donné la possibilité de venir nager avec ses propres enfants dans sa propre maison privée à proximité.

Das Haus ist genauso schön wie die Fotos versprechen. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (3-16Jahre). Toller Außenbereich mit genug Möglichkeiten zum Ausruhen und Erholen. Der Pool traumhaft, ganz besonders Abends mit der Beleuchtung. Vermieterin vor Ort in der Nähe. Sehr nett und aufmerksam. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa mit tollem Außenbereich

Wir waren für drei Wochen in der tollen Villa und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Bilder geben einen sehr guten Eindruck des schönen Grundstücks und der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten. Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und zwei Babies (11 Monate) dort gewohnt, zwischenzeitlich mit zwei weiteren Erwachsenen und einem weiteren Baby, die im Pavillon untergekommen sind. Bei 10 Personen dürfte es etwas eng werden, wenn aber viele Kinder mit dabei sind, findet bestimmt jeder/jede ein Plätzchen. Das Geschirr könnte noch etwas aufgestockt werden, damit man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anwerfen muss, um wieder frische Teller, Tassen, Besteck etc. zu haben. Besonders gut hat uns der Außenbereich gefallen. Der beeindruckend gestaltete Pool ist bei Tag und dank der stylishen Beleuchtung auch bei Nacht ein absoluter Hingucker und bietet super Erfrischung an heißen Tagen. Auch der "Vorgarten" mit den Hängematten ist klasse zum Relaxen. Bompas selbst ist nicht sehr reizvoll, aber man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder in Perpignan. Insgesamt können wir die Villa absolut empfehlen.

Super séjour dans une superbe villa

Nous sommes arrivés à 10 dans cette magnifique villa a Bompas. Tout le monde y a trouvé sa place rapidement. La villa est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L'extérieur est le gros point fort et est superbement aménagé. La piscine est visuellement splendide et a bien rempli nos journées. De plus le parc situé juste à l'arrière permet aux promeneurs et aux joggeurs de faire leur sport quotidien. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa sans hésitation.

Insgesamt ein nettes Haus mit viel Platz und sehr nett eingerichtet. Alles war vor Ort - Bettwäsche Handtücher und was man so braucht... Der Stand ist 10 Autominuten entfernt... Der Bäcker fussläufig zu erreichen .

5* Beautiful Modern Villa for an amazing holiday

This villa was perfect for our family holiday. Exceptionally clean and decorated to a high standard. It features a very nice open-plan kitchen/dining room and living area and is equipped to a very high standard with all mod cons. Excellent outdoor areas including eating areas, both pool areas, private area for sun-bathing and plenty of shaded areas. The local area is quiet, both supermarkets and bakers within walking distance. The local park behind the villa is fantastic, it amazingly, has a free entry Animal Park/Mini Zoo! A ramp was provided at the villa for access with wheelchair. I would highly recommend this villa, it’s fantastic! This villa appeared on French television when me and my family were visiting France in Sep/Oct 2016. Congratulations to the owners Florence and her husband. 5* We hope to visit again in the future! :-)

Nous avons passé une semaine superbe dans cette villa vraiment très bien conçue et équipée. Les différents espaces extérieurs sont vraiment super bien optimisés et le design intérieur très agréable. Venus à 2 familles : 4 adultes et 6 enfants d'âges différents (de 1 an à 14 ans), nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à organiser les couchages entre la maison principale et la dépendance. Les 2 piscines ont été très appréciées par petits et grands. Excellent état, propriétaire disponible et sympathique nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette villa située dans une région pleine de charme. Great Family Holiday

This house is ideal for families. It is located midway between the city of Perpignan and the local beaches and is only a 20 minute drive from the airport. The facilities are of a very high standard with Smart TVs and excellent WiFi. The pool is very enjoyable and there is ample room for lounging around the pool and eating outdoors. The hammocks at the front of the house are a little private oasis for reading. The shops and Boulanger are all within walking distance of the house. I highly recommend this property and as can be seen from the photographs it is very tastefully decorated and fully equipped for a great vacation.
