  • In Bonassola, Casa Alto Lucio offers stunning views of the Ligurian Sea. The 120 m² property features a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote working, a TV, and a washing machine. The accommodation does not have air conditioning.



    Enjoy a private outdoor area with a garden, terrace, and balcony—perfect for relaxing outside. There are 2 parking spaces on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties or events are not permitted. The property provides guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is available on site. Tours and bike rentals can be arranged upon reservation and are available for an extra fee.



    Late check-in must be agreed upon with the owner and incurs an extra fee. Check-in after 11 pm cannot be guaranteed. Guests are required to leave the apartment in acceptable condition, with dishes washed and waste taken to the public disposal point; failure to comply with either rule will result in an extra fee.



    For organizational reasons, only one set of keys will be provided to guests.
