「So unfortunately, our stay at shortened so we aren’t able to enjoy the accommodations for the two nights we had booked. But I have to say it was a very nice well maintained welcoming atmosphere after a long five hours of driving. Appreciate it. Look forward to the next time in the area, hopefully utilize you again. 」

Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. 」
