The Space:
Located in the exclusive Burning Tree subdivision of Bonita Bay, this attached villa is one of only 42 semi-attached homes set amid five lush acres, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Offering a comfortable stay for our seasonal guests, the villa features a King bed, Queen bed, and two Twin beds, along with a sprawling en suite main bathroom and a second full-sized bathroom. With ample amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen and 3 bikes and 4 beach chairs, this villa provides a seamless and relaxing getaway.
The villa offers a variety of dining options: a formal dining area that seats six, a cozy kitchen nook for four, and an outdoor table on the lanai that seats six more, perfect for alfresco meals.
The spacious, open-concept family room features a large sectional sofa, a coffee table, and two swivel accent chairs, enhanced by tall ceilings and an abundance of natural light streaming through high windows above the front entry and dining area. Guests can access the lanai from three convenient points: the kitchen, family room, or main bedroom.
A full-sized laundry room is located just off the garage. Inside the garage, guests will find two cruiser bikes, one three-wheeled bike, and four beach chairs available for their use. The garage is available for guests use as well for parking their car during their stay.

Guests can enjoy the private community pool and a screened-in pool house, ideal for relaxation within a few minutes walk from the front door.

Please note: the Bonita Bay beach park is currently being remodeled and will not be available for 2025 season. For the 2025 season, the Bonita Bay beach shuttle which has a stop just outside of Burning Tree, makes stops at Doc's Beach House on Bonita Beach and Lover's Key State Park beach.

With a state-of-the-art bocce facility, newly renovated pickleball and tennis courts, a basketball court, and a boat ramp, there’s something for everyone. This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.
It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Bay is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is less then a 20 minute drive from the community!
This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.
