“We stayed here with friends for a youth sports tournament. The property was 15-25 minutes away from everything we wanted to go to. This was a great home-base, with plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the patio and gazebo in the morning for coffee and cocktails in the afternoon. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub was a great addition. ”

“When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. I don’t mind choosing a room with a balcony, but I can guarantee the window in a balcony room is smaller than the one in your bathroom at home. It……

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Coronado Beach Resort! The location is unbeatable — just a block from a gorgeous beach and close to everything in San Diego. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the amenities are fantastic: beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, pool, ping pong, board games, DVD rentals, and even Ms. Cody, the resident parrot who greets you in the lobby. The rooftop BBQs, hot tub, and sauna with sunset views were highlights of our stay.
