“Great location and the place was amazingly clean. Easy walk to downtown and while there is noise, it is much better than staying directly downtown. The only change that would make this place more perfect is a chest of drawers in the bedrooms (even a small bedside size would be great) as there is limited storage for non-hanging clothing. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This place was perfect! The host thought of everything to make it a home away from home! Very nice and quiet neighborhood. I took walks every morning. Drank my morning tea on the back deck. AC worked great! (A must for this lady!!) Will definite stay here again!! ”

“Nice place to get together with our adult kids. Especially the kitchen had plenty of utensils and etc to make meals. Easy walk to a good coffee shop and some restaurants and shops.Has a nice front porch, enclosed and a back deck to sit and read and/or just relax.”

“Absolutely loved this location. It was a quick walk in either direction, Mass St or KU Campus. We came for Crimson and Blue day at KU and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. The rooms were super cute and the whole apartment was colorful and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and entry into the bldg & apartment was simple. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would happily stay here again for our next visit to Lawrence. ”

“We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable”

“We LOVED this property. It looks so cute and spacious in the pictures and it did not disappoint! We spent all of our time on the third floor balcony which was comfy and a beautiful natural setting. We enjoyed the friendly neighborhood and the history. Beds comfortable, clean and well appointed bathroom and an efficient kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Great little 2 bed apartment on a lovely little college town street. So much older architecture to see there. Beds were comfortable, and living space was sufficient. We even had enough hot water for 4 girls and one bathroom! Parking was not an issue, especially if you use the alley. ”
