Fantastic location!!

We took a group of people ranging from 23 to 91 and all enjoyed the house. It was fun for our older people to be so close to the slopes they could still see the action. The house was beautiful and having a bathroom for every bedroom was awesome. Great time.

Very nice cabin. The only thing it needs is more light over the dining room table, one bulb was blown; but still needs a stronger light to play card games, etc. The deer came by to see us in the morning and evening - very enjoyable to watch them. We enjoyed our stay.

Lei Lei Mountainstay is the BEST!

Everything was absolutely perfect! We love the cabin, the decor, the beds, the games ... everything! And the place was so clean and well-appointed. We truly appreciated the opportunity to stay at Lei Lei Mountainstay, and hope to visit again. Check-in was a breeze, the views are beautiful, and the deer that visit are so adorable. We couldn't speak high enough about this rental -- it's one of the very best we've stayed at. Thank you for a restful, relaxing, and worry-free vacation.

Overall location was good, not as isolated as the pictures make it out to be though. The cabin had everything we needed. However, it was extremely dirty. Eliminating the dust and cobwebs from the equation. There was food/drinks stuck to the kitchen counters and the front of several cabinets, dripped on the floors, pieces of food were on the chairs(blueberry muffin or pancakes), crumbs were on the furniture in the living room and all over the loft, the bed sheets and sofas were covered in cat or dog hair, there was mold on all 3 of the shower curtains, the toilets and showers hadn't been cleaned recently, 2 of the toilets had urine on or around the toilet seat.

Cozy Cabin in Quiet, Peaceful Neighborhood

Cabin is inviting and nicely furnished. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Deer all around that you can feed with corn from Fred’s Mercantile. Issues with chirping smoke detector promptly addressed by maintenance. Highly recommend!

Beech Mnt getaway

Overall , Great. Couple of things. 1st, the property just got a new metal roof which looked great. They were hundreds if not thousands of nail on the decks where the contractors removed the old roof. Really unsafe! Had a nail in my shoe in 1st 3 steps. Sandals or children???....could have been an issue! Not owners fault. but property manager and contractor should clean that up. I spent 1st hour cleaning up the nails. Also in the hall shower downstairs the pull rod that makes the bath water go up to shower head is not working. No biggie but it was like that when we arrived. Reported it to owners facebook page. wonderful place and would stay there again.

The house itself is great. However, some of the door nobs were loose and the master bath shower had a leak. Apparently, you have to have a pass ($5) to drop off trash at the recycle location. This was not in the trash disposal instructions. IMHO the cabin should include a pass to dispose of trash.

A lovely place you don't want to miss. Soooo cozy. One of our best vacations ever. It feels like being in winter wonderland. We got 4 inches of snowfall, made a bonfire in the backyard, had s'mores and hot chocolate. We all loved the cabin and the fully equipped kitchen in which we made a traditional puertorrican dinner: Rice and beans with some pork chops. We did not wanted to leave...

Our Stay at Lei Lei

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lei Lei Mountainstay. We went for a weekend to celebrate my mother's 59th birthday, in a way that we could have fun but maintain social distance. We had so much fun watching the deer walk by all day, and enjoying the scenery while drinking hot cocoa. The house looks just like it's pictures, and the kitchen was fully stocked which was helpful for our family dinners. When we first got there, we thought we weren't going to be able to fit our cars since they are on the bigger side and the parking is small; however after a couple adjustments we made it work. The only small inconvenience we had was that the upstairs shower head wasn't working, but we made it work with the other two bathrooms. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend! My husband especially loved being so close to the resort.

Birthday celebration

We went to the Beech mountain for the first time. My daughters birthday was last weekend and she wanted to go. We stayed four nights. The cabin is simply amazing. It was more than enough room for my family. It was games for the girls to do. It was a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows. The best part was see all of the deer in the front yard. The reason for giving the 3 stars was because seems like either the owners or another guest had a cat in the cabin. It smelled like cats in the cabin and seating on red living room couches we all got bit by fleas. That was the only negative thing I could say. I would return back once the flea problem was than care of.

Perfect Getaway

This adorable cabin was the perfect getaway for my family, especially in the time of social distancing. It was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. It was a short walk to hop on one of the marked hiking trails. Close enough to other amenities if you need them as well.

Great trip at Lei Lei Mountainstay

This cabin was absolutely perfect with lots of personalized touches. The kids loved the games and the loft area, and the adults loved that we had plenty of space to spread out. The grill was really nice, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. This would have been a 5-star stay, but there were issues with the cleaning and cleanliness of the cabin. We were delayed by two hours at checkin because the cleaning crew was running behind. We appreciated the small refund we got due to the inconvenience, but the bathrooms and rugs still weren't very clean when we got into the cabin. Also, it would have been nice to have more than 2 dishwasher tablets for a 3-night stay in a cabin that accommodates 6 people.

Lei Lei Getaway

Three of us were up to the mtns to get away from the summer heat for two days. Lei Lei was perfectly fine for a quick trip....but would have called for maintenance had we been staying longer. The electrical outlets in the downstairs bathroom didn't work, we couldn't figure out the tv and didn't find instructions anywhere. Also, no ice maker in the refrigerator was a bummer. The dining room was very dark and we wished we had had candles to see our dinner. There is a ceiling fan(with light kit) over the table, but we couldn't get the light to turn on. All in all, just ok.
