Very clean, private, and nice place!

Took 8 guys for a golf weekend and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It had everything we needed and was very nice and clean. We come every year for a long golf weekend and will definitely stay here again.

Very spacious. Great space for a large family, or families to find a space for themselves, or gather

Pretty location, nice outdoor space, and still close to town. Short easy drive to the slopes. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Overall, awesome views and plenty of space. Perfectly located to get to town easily. Easy to get to and still be in the mountains. Worst part was some stained carpets and the kitchen sink was not attached to the counter and hanging.

Fabulous Mountain Cabin

Very spacious and comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and the views are beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors!

Family Getaway

Very pleased with this property. Location was wonderful. Secluded feeling, yet close to everything. The size and lay out was perfect for our family’s needs. Would definitely book again if vacationing in that area.

App state graduation

We stayed for App state graduation weekend. Perfect location! We were able to eat and drink at Booneshine, very close to the house. We hosted a graduation party at the Barn at Frazier Hill, very close to the house. Loved the walking path from the house, the back deck, and the fire pit. Great house for graduation!!

Beautiful house in peaceful surrounding

This was a wonderful house to rent. Beautifully furnished and breathtaking views. Really enjoyed the ping pong table. We had several family tournaments there. Hot tub was wonderful too.

Great Time time in the High Country

Second time staying at this property. Great house for our group of 13. Perfect balance of being out enough for privacy and enjoying the beauty of the mountains, while being close and convenient to Boone and all it has to offer. Already planning our next visit!

Wonderful family Get-together

Wonderful time for our group of six adults and seven children. Home and property were great; private yet very close to Boone. Great view and open area with access to trails that the kids really enjoyed! Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!

Amazing Weekend Getaway

What an amazing property and location!! Only a couple miles from downtown Boone. Beautiful, well stocked, furnished “cabin”! Hiking/mountain biking trails can be accessed from the property. Property Management was responsive with excellent customer service.

Lovely home

3 generations of our family enjoyed our stay. Lovely home. Kids loved ping pong tournaments against grandma and granddad. So great to have a dining table that fit all of us. The adults loved being able to stop in at Booneshine brewery just down the hill.

Beautiful Property

Great location, close to everything yet private and secluded. The cabin itself is gorgeous with plenty of room. There was no running water in the cabin for the first 24 hrs we were there due to a bad snow storm and well pipe freezing, but the property management and maintenance teams were available and responsive 24/7 in helping us resolve everything. We will definitely be back here!

Amazing

Honestly this was hands down one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. We had plenty of room for all the kids, the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you needed to cook with and anytime we had a question they got back to us asap. The pictures you see truly don’t do this place justice. We’re already planning our trip to come back next year!

Loved the cabin, the view, the accommodations, the seclusion from others but proximity to everything

Loved it. I picked Hilltop Haven because of the large dining room table so that all 9 of us could enjoy each meal together. The 2nd reason I chose it was 3 bathrooms, one for each family, and each family could stay on their own floor. The 3rd reason was the shuffle board, ping pong table and jacuzzi.

Fantastic cabin!

We were so happy when we arrived! Great location, great layout, and so cozy! The cabin was very clean! Everything was in great working order.
