Come and enjoy peaceful mountain living in this Yonahlossee Resort Townhome. Just minutes from Boone, Blowing Rock, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, this two (2) bedroom, two and a half (2.5) bathroom townhome offers all of the amenities of a luxury mountain retreat. Located on a gated road and nestled alongside a peaceful, year-round stream, this home provides a tiered, two-level outdoor deck to enjoy the Appalachian mountain surroundings. Club privileges also come with the property, so guests can use the indoor pool, fitness center at the club, as well as the indoor/outdoor tennis courts and pickleball courts. Court time must be reserved with the YRC and may involve a court fee.

The main floor boasts a living room with a cathedral ceiling, a floor-to-ceiling stone chimney and gas-log fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with Roku and Youtube internet TV service. With the open floor plan and pass-through, the living room extends to the kitchen with an updated refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and the adjoining dining room with seating for six (6). Kitchen counters and all baths have new granite countertops. Step outside to enjoy the peaceful mountain setting on the two-level deck with a gas grill and seating. Also on the main floor is a half bath and stacked washer/dryer combo.

The primary queen bedroom, located on the main level, has a flat-screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom. The second floor hosts the king bedroom with additional sleeping on the twin-size daybed and trundle, a full private bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. The upstairs bathroom has a new granite double vanity. The king bedroom has shuttered interior windows that open to the great room and the view outside of the two-story great room windows of the woods and creek.

Creekside at Yonahlossee has central heat and air conditioning, wireless internet, and Roku and Youtube TV on all 3 TVs. Access is by paved, community-maintained roads with paved level parking for two (2) cars. There is a small flight of steps from the driveway to the main front door. Up to 2 dogs are welcome to be included with your stay.
