Description: Located in the resort of Echota, this downstairs Timbers floor plan condo (stair access only) features two level living with two living spaces. These spacious condos are great for two families or families with children, each with their own space to enjoy. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room with gas log fireplace, primary bedroom, bathroom and ½ bath. Access to the covered deck is provided from the living room or the primary bedroom as well as the wooded views. The primary bedroom is spacious with the primary bathroom attached. Located downstairs is another living room area as well as the guest bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. There is also access to the covered deck downstairs through the living room or guest bedroom. This condo is downstairs with stair access only (7 stairs total).
Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.
Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

The property is wonderfully located with easy access to Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. It was easy to get to grocery stores and find gas stations. The check-in process was very easy and smooth, especially when coming in at a late hour. There was a dog hair found extensively on the main level. The fireplace did not work despite following the directions. We could not find the remote to the TV in the downstairs playroom until the last day. Once we found the remote we still were unable to get the TV to work. We were unable to find sheets for the pull-down bed in then downstairs playroom but made do with the extra blankets. Tried calling the rental office on three separate occasions and was unable to get any assistance and was disconnected with them on several attempts when put on hold. Word of caution there are a lot of decorations around the condo which we had to pick up prior to the kids waking up the first morning. It is a very nicely decorated condo and great location just not necessarily the best for ones with young children. Would definitely consider coming back to this condo due to the location and the amenities

Centrally located between Boone and most sites (Grandfather/Linville/etc.). Home was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everyone enjoyed it, only wish we had more time.

Birthday celebration family getaway
This condo was well worth the money, my family of five felt at home. The children had enough space in the downstairs den area to play and relax when we were in. I also decorated the downstairs for my daughter we were there to celebrate her turning 6. The kitchen was stocked with extras like seasonings, sugar, salt etc. Also enough dishes and cutlery for meals. The wine glasses were a nice touch because my husband and I brought wine, we definitely used those. The indoor pool added to our itinerary for things to do in the mornings. Our 3,5 & 7 year olds had a blast! We felt safe at the resort and would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful apartment. Everything in the rooms have . We loved the location. Lovely view from the window.
There are a few disadvantages :
very dirty floor, too much hair from dogs was on the floor and on the sofas. ( The site says no pets.)
No spares bedding sheets.
Everything else is excellent.

Lovely place
Great location to see sights in Boone and Blowing Rock. Near to skiing and tubing. Clean comfortable condo nestled in the mountains. Fully stocked with all your need.

Nice property
The furniture upstairs was not very comfortable for sitting long periods. Also, the upstairs shower could not be adjusted as the water pressure was too strong.
It was well decorated and the kitchen was very well furnished. We enjoyed our stay.
