“Your rental was perfect for our stay. We were in town for our daughter's college graduation in Fulton, MO and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location was convenient and the house was modern and equip with everything needed to eat dinners and relax. If you are in Columbia for MIZ game days, I highly recommend this rental. We wish we stayed here when our daughter was a Tiger. It's everything you need and close to campus for games and MIZ activities. ”

“My dogs and I loved our stay at The Latch House Barn! The decor and fittings are top-notch, yet also durable enough to accommodate furry friends. The fenced yard was a very welcome amenity for weary travelers, as was the picturesque, eminently-walkable town of Arrow Rock. Only detractor from a perfect visit was the baffling absence of any toilet paper in any bathroom, or anywhere in the house that I was able to find! A one-off oversight, I’m sure. Would love to stay longer next time, and explore……

“I recently stayed at this duplex and was extremely disappointed. What you see is not what you get. It is not charming.The front storm door didn't close properly due to the placement of the lock box, and an old mop bucket with dirty water was left by the front door next to overgrown bushes There was minimal information provided by the host, and I had to text the host to request WiFi information. The duplex looked like an old clubhouse with worn-out furniture and cast-offs. The living room……

"I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant"
