“I reserved a two queen bed suite when I arrived I was told their queen suites where all taken in fact, they told me that all the rooms that had two queen beds were all booked. I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed. I had my daughter and granddaughter staying with me. after 15 minutes I was put in a room with two queen beds no mirror in the bathroom no towels. I’m not even sure the room was clean before we got in there other than the beds were……

“The staff was incredibly kind, and helpful. The room was freshly cleaned. They even went out of their way to help jump my car when it died and I really appreciate that.”

“The sheets didn’t seem like they were clean they had marks on them did find a couple of bugs, and the carpet was kind of squishy, meaning probably needs to be replaced. I thought they were supposed to be a continental breakfast, but there was none that I could find. The area was kind of suspect a few people look like they shouldn’t be there and did not have rooms there that I could tell just sitting in the parking lot. I asked twice to get clean towels. You only get one set of towels, one set……

“I was really impressed with the patience of the receptionist. She was with a client who just was a needy one and she gently guided him through the process. When it was our turn, she was gracious and so efficient! The breakfast had a really great assortment and we appreciated the friendly breakfast staff.”
