Staff was excellent, Jenn at the front desk, Jennita, and Rafy at the restaurant were extremely nice and accommodating! We had a group of six and we would all definitely stay there again. They had a singer performing at the restaurant on the weekend and he was really good.

It’s my first trip to Boracay and I’m glad I stayed in this hotel. Staff are all so nice, so accommodating and friendly. I love that this hotel is right on the white sandy beach in station 1. Food are all so good. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back for sure.

It’s my 4th time staying here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is right infront of the beach. I love their breakfast buffet. Thank you. Will definitely go back soon

We had a wonderful stay at Residencia. Great value for the price at a premium location in Station 1. It had a high end boutique hotel feeling with staff very responsive to our needs. Not that busy or crowded, just the right balance of guests that make you feel always personally attended. Family friendly the kitchen will cook at request for your kids.

Its right on the beach, White beach , Station 1, its less crowded. There’s crystal kayak and paddle board you can hire right there. Walking distance to station 2 when on the beach and 100 pesos for four Etrike to DMall. Decent breakfast buffet included. Their restaurant its only a few feet from the sand and water. There’s reclining beach chairs you can sit and enjoy the shade under the coconut tress. Staff are nice and friendly. There’s free water jug in your room. Beach towels are provided .We didn’t know how to operate the TV but we’re mostly outside and on the water. Beds and linens are not the best but still got the best bang for my buck.

Just a heads up, if you stay in this hotel and you break a glass accidentally they’ll charge you upon check out. We had dinner with my whole family and the glass slipped and broke. I was surprised that they charged us. We paid for it anyway but I was just disappointed. For the amount we paid for this hotel that happened should have been curtesy for us and it’s only one glass. It’s okay I understand, but I’m not coming back here and I will not recommend this hotel.

hotel and staff very friendly. great location in station 1 and close to the sea. Rooms are basic but clean. Well priced for the location. Breakfast buffet was good. great beach front with plenty of shade under a load of palm trees, and beach massages available too for 600 peso. bargain
