A wonderful hotel in a very convenient location, close to cafes, bars and shops. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Thoughtful and tasteful decor, loved the toiletries provided. Fridge and coffee machine in room. This was an absolute gem of a find and we would love to return to Bordeaux to stay here again, Thank you!

Great location. People on the desk were fantastic and their English was very good. Gave lots of tips and recommendations. You have to keep the mini fans on all night otherwise it gets way too hot and I usually run cold.

Staff were incredible and tried to make our stay tolerable, BUT the lack of air conditioning was really unfortunate as it was over 80 degrees when we were there and the sun shone directly into our room. Even with drapes closed it was impossible to cool the room down. Unfortunately we only could stay one night and had to relocate to another hotel for the remainder of our trip. Our room was unbelieveably small as you can see by the photo and the shower felt more like a coffin than a shower. Truly unfortunate. Location was great, but there are better options in the area.

Location is great, just in the border of the city center. People at the reception at all times were super nice, friendly and helpful. The bad points, room was very hot at nights, no AC, only floor fans. Our suggestions, there are portable AC units. Buy some.

Lovely Botique Hotel. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Room had an amazing view of one of the historical arches. We did the Wine Museum tour on the host's recommended which was amazing. Room clean, bed comfortable, walkable distance from the Tram, local cafes and shops.

Great location to explore the beautiful city. Travelled with a friend and we had separate rooms - both classic. Mine was extremely small and tired in comparison to her room. Again, only my room, but found it quite noisy. I could hear the programming - tv from the adjacent room and when people arrived above me each night it was very loud. The staff were amazing and you can’t beat the location. I’m giving it a 4.
