In the heart of the Gironde, at the gates of the city of Bordeaux, in the commune of Yvrac, in the Bordeaux vineyards, our gîte, the Chai des Grézeaux, is located in a particularly quiet and pleasant hamlet. It is located in the vineyard of the Pestoury family within the Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. This single-story house made of rubble and local stone has the distinction of being the oldest in the hamlet. Facing south, this building is the typical historic home of winegrowers. It benefits from a large wooded park and a fruit garden, ideal for enjoying a convivial meal under the bicentennial lime trees. Inside, the house has new equipment for the house, a spacious living-dining room, a kitchen and three bedrooms, two bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 bed and one bedroom with two 90x190 beds that can accommodate up to six people. A bathroom and a toilet complete the ensemble. If you wish, you can enjoy a tour and tasting of the products of Isabelle and Bertrand Pestoury's winery. For a peaceful stay, sheets and kitchen linens are included in the price. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of the stay (paid services). Oil-fired central heating (additional charge from 15/10 to 15/04). Gîte adjoining old outbuildings. Parking. Wi-Fi in the living room, kitchen, and three bedrooms. Baby bed, high chair, changing mat, toilet reducer, and baby bath are available in the gîte. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
