Come and recharge your batteries in this pleasant single storey town house.
Quietly located on the right bank. Ideally located 5 minutes from the historic center of Bordeaux (Tram station 10 minutes away served by buses), airport 20 minutes by car, 15 minutes from the Floirac Arena, Chaban Delmas stadium (exhibition park - concert hall or sporting and cultural events), 45 minutes from the different beaches (Lacanau, Arcachon le Ferret...), Equipped with a large air-conditioned living room of 60 m² equipped kitchen central island sofa corner large HD screen and a large bedroom 14 m2 opening onto a pretty terrace of 80 m2 pergola and private swimming pool (2.5x4.5) barbecue will be conducive to conviviality.

Perfect stay

This was a perfect little piece of paradise for us to relax and recharge our batteries. The area was nice with a small community park close by to take our dog to and there was parking right in front of the house. The house itself was well kept, clean and had everything you would need. The outside dining area was a lovely bonus too with the pool being the icing on the cake! The owner was always on hand to help with any questions and really welcoming. The house is a credit to her. I would highly recommend it.
