We strive every day to listen to and accommodate our guests so they can enjoy the tranquility, comfort, and serenity of Villa Victor Louis.During long stays bed sheets are replaced every 3 to 4 days unless asked, to limit our ecological impact ( all information are available at reception or directly in our directory).Regarding breakfast, our buffet selection has a wide variety of choice, we offer a range of sweet and savory options including cereals, bread, pastries, dairy products, cheese and meat, and seasonal fruits locally provided and organic for a majority.Indeed if you looking for an american style breakfast you will be disappointed. Located in France and as french lovers we are eager to respect our values and customs with a hint of creativity nerveless. For future visits, please don't hesitate to communicate any concerns to our staff immediately, so that we can address them promptly like show you how to switch the light on and off.Best regards,

Indeed in the room you have selected, Superior, there is no shower but a bathtub !As you can read on Expedia but you have to read.-No parking: as you can read on Expedia no parking on site is mentioned we indeed have partnership with a nearby parking 7min walk.-VIP do not included systematically Very Impolite People, witch try by all means to have "goodies" by lying and trying to manipulated reception I have heard all your words and despair to rectify what you feel just.As he worst manager , I declare you my number 1 worst liar and guest.Sincerely yours,

Next time, please don't hesitate to communicate any issues to our staff immediately, and they will do their utmost to address them, and to select a larger room, as a superior or Suite to enjoy a spacious room.Best regards,
