A holiday that includes the services of a resort! The new two-bedroom apartment in Marina di Borghetto (SV) is located within an extraordinary complex whose common areas offer a 400-square-metre swimming pool with emotional shower, solarium area, chaise longue with hydromassage and tennis or five-a-side football pitch, as well as a lounge area for refreshments. Not far away is the historic centre and the seafront promenade, full of small shops and typical restaurants.
Spread over 55 square metres, on the first floor and enhanced by a lovely terrace with plenty of space in front for complete relaxation, the three-room Michelangelo apartment consists of a living room with table, double sofa bed, LED TV, kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, double bedroom, small room for two and bathroom with shower, washing machine and radiator. Wi-Fi included. Private parking space available.
The large 400-square-metre swimming pool designed by architect Luigi De Filippo is the fulcrum on which rest important benefits such as the chaise longues with hydromassage and the emotional showers by the poolside. The solarium area for relaxing in complete safety and the outdoor area for refreshments complete the environment. Nearby is the multifunctional sports field for tennis and five-a-side football.
