Apartment house "Scholz", 2 storeys, built in 2011. 3 apartments in the property. In the centre 10 m from the centre of Born, 25 km from the centre of Ribnitz-Damgarten, 50 km from the centre of Rostock, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bakery 150 m, sandy beach 5 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Riding stable 600 m.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
2-room apartment 42 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed, dining table, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double beds. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony 8 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

The following might be to be paid extra: Bed Linen (initial set), Tourist tax, Towels (initial set).
