"we lost a rain jacket we thought couldn't get it back after almost 2 weeks. but surpprisingly in two days after we called, they successfully located the jacket and send it back to us. that's really good! "Location is good, you could walk to old fishermans wharf and trial in few minutes. Room is very comfortable and the the front desk is very friendly. Will visit again for next trip."
